In Friday's non-league match, the host Rockford Rams baseball team scored a tight 6-3 victory over the Coopersville Broncos.
The Rams (18-1) will now prepare for their match against Grandville (Grandville, MI). The Bulldogs go into the Ottawa-Kent - Red match with a 8-14 record.
The Broncos (14-6) will now prepare for their match against Holland Christian (Holland, MI). The Maroons go into the Ottawa-Kent - Blue match with a 7-10 record.
