In Friday's league game, the host Fort Zumwalt East baseball team scored a tight 6-2 victory over the St. Charles Pirates.
The (21-9) will now prepare for their game against Howell Central (St. Charles, MO). The Spartans go into the non-league game with a 18-15 record.
The Pirates (6-20) will now prepare for their game against Fort Zumwalt South (St. Peters, MO). The Bulldogs go into the Class 5 District 4 game with a 23-4 record. In their last game, Fort Zumwalt South tipped Howell (St. Charles, MO), 13-2, in a non-league game.
