The Schaumburg Saxons volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Addison Trail Blazers to 0 in the Saxons non-league victory on Friday.
The Saxons now have a 12-18 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Joliet Catholic for a non-league game on Saturday, May 11. Schaumburg will confront a Hilltoppers team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Highland Park (Highland Park, IL). The Hilltoppers record now stands at 7-21.
The Blazers (4-20) will now prepare for their game against Riverside-Brookfield (Riverside, IL). The Bulldogs enter the non-league game with a 9-20 record. In their last game, Riverside-Brookfield dropped by Glenbard South (Glen Ellyn, IL), 2-1, in a non-league game.
