In Friday's non-league battle, the host Whitney Young Dolphins volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Lake Forest Scouts.
The Dolphins (16-11) will now prepare for their battle against Jones (Chicago, IL). The Eagles come into the non-league battle with a 21-7 record. In their last battle, Jones achieved victory over Rockford East (Rockford, IL), 2-0, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Scouts clash with the Deerfield Warriors (Deerfield, IL) in a non-league battle, on Friday, May 10. Lake Forest will attempt to advance on its 4-26 season record. The Warriors come into the battle with a 17-9 record after their 2-0 league loss to Glenbrook North (Northbrook, IL).
