Assumption Knights (Davenport, IA) fans were thrilled Friday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Jesup J-Hawks (Jesup, IA), 3-0 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Knights face the Independence Mustangs (Independence, IA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, May 10. Assumption will attempt to better on its 20-1 season record. The Mustangs enter the challenge with a 14-3 record after their 1-0 non-league loss to Center Point-Urbana (Center Point, IA).

The J-Hawks now have a 10-4 record.
