The Anchor Bay Tars baseball team scored 6 runs and limited the host St. Clair Saints to 2 in the Tars non-league victory on Friday.
The Tars (2-2) will now prepare for their match against Grosse Pointe North (Grosse Pointe, MI). The Norsemen go into the non-league match with a 0-6 record.
The Saints (0-3) will now prepare for their match against L'Anse Creuse North (Macomb, MI). The Crusaders go into the non-league match with a 4-2 record. In their last match, L'Anse Creuse North was overwhelmed by Walled Lake Central (Walled Lake, MI), 10-2, in a non-league match.
