Shepherd Hill Regional Rams (Dudley, MA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Westborough Rangers (Westborough, MA), 9-6 in a non-league challenge.

The Rams now own a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they host Fitchburg for a non-league challenge on Monday, May 13.

With the loss, Westborough falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Rangers host Nashoba Regional (Bolton, MA) to face the Wolves in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, May 21. The Wolves enter the challenge with a record of 2-0.
