In Friday's non-league test, the host Clackamas Cavaliers lacrosse squad scored a tight 9-6 victory over the South Eugene Axe.
The Cavaliers now have a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to West Linn for a Three Rivers test on Monday, May 13.
In their next game, the Axe face the Sheldon Irish (Eugene, OR) in a Southwest test, on Monday, May 13. South Eugene will attempt to move on its 10-5 season record. The Irish come into the test with a 3-0 record after their 11-8 league win over Thurston (Springfield, OR).
