Columbia Cougars (Maplewood, NJ) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad overcome the visiting Johnson Crusaders (Clark, NJ), 15-8 in a non-league battle.

The Cougars now have a 7-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Governor Livingston for a non-league battle on Wednesday, May 15.

In their next game, the Crusaders clash with the Hackettstown Tigers (Hackettstown, NJ) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, May 14. Johnson will attempt to move on its 12-4 season record. The Tigers come into the battle with a 2-8 record after their 16-6 non-league loss to NV - Demarest (Demarest, NJ).
