The Camden County Bruins (Camden, NC) softball routed the visiting Ayden - Grifton Chargers (Ayden, NC), 10-0 in Friday's non-league bout.

The Bruins (19-2) will now prepare for their bout against South Columbus (Tabor City, NC). The Stallions go into the non-league bout with a 16-6 record. In their last bout, South Columbus toppled South Granville (Creedmoor, NC), 4-2, in a non-league bout.

The Chargers now possess a 11-10 record.
