Minnesota High School Softball - Brooklyn Center can't hold off Humboldt

The Humboldt Hawks softball team scored 6 runs and limited the visiting Brooklyn Center Centaurs to 5 in the Hawks non-league triumph on Friday.
With the triumph, Humboldt moves its record to 5-6 on the year. The Hawks host Como Park (St. Paul, MN) to clash with the Cougars in a St. Paul City game on Monday, May 13. The Cougars come into the game with a record of 6-8. Como Park won 16-8 in their recent league game against Johnson (St. Paul, MN)
In their next game, the Centaurs clash with the Academy for Sciences & Agriculture Eagles (Vadnais Heights, MN) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, May 14. Brooklyn Center will attempt to move on its 5-4 season record.
