The South Stanly Rowdy Rebel Bulls softball team scored 5 runs and limited the visiting Elkin Buckin' Elks to 3 in the Rowdy Rebel Bulls non-league triumph on Friday.

With the triumph, South Stanly improves its record to 14-5 on the campaign. The Rowdy Rebel Bulls host Union Academy (Monroe, NC) to encounter the Cardinals in a non-league outing on Tuesday, May 14. The Cardinals enter the outing with a record of 16-7. Union Academy won 7-0 in their recent non-league outing against Bethany (Summerfield, NC)
