The Hillman Tigers routed the host Tawas Area Braves softball squad by a final score of 15-0 in Friday's non-league battle.
The Tigers (14-2) will now prepare for their battle against Johannesburg-Lewiston (Johannesburg, MI). The Cardinals go into the non-league battle with a 23-0 record. In their last battle, Johannesburg-Lewiston topped Mancelona (Mancelona, MI), 10-6, in a league battle.
The Braves now possess a 6-11 record. They play next when they host Merrill for a non-league battle on Saturday, May 11. Tawas Area will meet a Vandals squad coming off a 12-2 non-league win over Webberville (Webberville, MI). The Vandals record now stands at 8-8.
