Prospect Mountain Timberwolves (Alton, NH) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting Newfound Regional Bears (Bristol, NH), 12-0 in a league challenge.

The Timberwolves now own a 9-0 record. They take the field next when they host Somersworth for a Division III challenge on Monday, May 13.

With the loss, Newfound Regional falls to 6-3 on the campaign. The Bears travel to Gilford (Gilford, NH) to face the Golden Eagles in a Division III challenge on Saturday, May 11. The Golden Eagles enter the challenge with a record of 8-2. Gilford won 3-0 in their recent league challenge against Belmont (Belmont, NH)
