The West Valley Wolf Pack softball team scored 11 runs and limited the host North Pole Patriots to 2 in the Wolf Pack non-league triumph on Friday.

With the triumph, West Valley moves its record to 7-4 on the year. The Wolf Pack host Lathrop (Fairbanks, AK) to clash with the Malemutes in a Railbelt game on Saturday, May 11. The Malemutes come into the game with a record of 9-6. Lathrop won 13-1 in their recent non-league game against North Pole (North Pole, AK)

In their next game, the Patriots clash with the Hutchison Hawks (Fairbanks, AK) in a Mid Alaska game, on Tuesday, May 14. North Pole will attempt to move on its 5-16 season record. The Hawks come into the game with a 0-18 record after their 15-3 non-league loss to West Valley (Fairbanks, AK).
