Kentucky High School Baseball - Somerset loses to Adair County

In Saturday's non-league bout, the Adair County Indians (Columbia, KY) baseball squad overwhelmed the visiting Somerset Briar Jumpers (Somerset, KY), by a tally of 10-3.

Next up, the Indians encounter the Whitley County Colonels (Williamsburg, KY) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, May 10. Adair County will attempt to upgrade on its 20-8 season record. The Colonels enter the bout with a 24-4 record after their 3-2 non-league win over Pulaski County (Somerset, KY).

The Briar Jumpers (11-16) will now prepare for their bout against Corbin (Corbin, KY). The Redhounds enter the non-league bout with a 18-15 record. In their last bout, Corbin was overwhelmed by South Warren (Bowling Green, KY), 10-1, in a non-league test.
