The Byron Tigers baseball team scored 10 runs and held the visiting Warren/Stockton Warhawks to 0 in the Tigers non-league win on Saturday.

The Tigers now own a 24-4 record. They take the field next when they host Dixon for a Big Northern test on Monday, May 12. Byron will play a Dukes & Duchesses team coming off a 11-0 league loss to Byron (Byron, IL). The Dukes & Duchesses record now stands at 12-7.

With the defeat, Warren/Stockton drops to 13-11 on the year. The Warhawks travel to Lena-Winslow (Lena, IL) to play the Panthers in a non-league match on Tuesday, May 13. The Panthers come into the match with a record of 18-6. Lena-Winslow won 14-0 in their recent non-league match against Winnebago (Winnebago, IL)
