The Elder Panthers baseball team scored 10 runs and held the visiting Colerain Cardinals to 2 in the Panthers non-league win on Saturday.

The Panthers now hold a 11-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Badin for a non-league test on Monday, May 12. Elder will play a Rams team coming off a 5-1 non-league win over Springboro (Springboro, OH). The Rams record now stands at 20-4.

With the defeat, Colerain drops to 9-11 on the year. The Cardinals travel to La Salle (Cincinnati, OH) to play the Lancers in a non-league test on Tuesday, May 13. The Lancers go into the test with a record of 9-9. La Salle won 11-1 in their recent non-league test against Roger Bacon (Cincinnati, OH)
