In Saturday's non-league bout, the Glenn Rockets (Westland, MI) baseball squad edged the host Ecorse Raiders (Ecorse, MI), by a tally of 4-3.
Next up, the Rockets encounter the Dearborn Pioneers (Dearborn, MI) in a Kensington Lakes - East bout, on Saturday, May 10. Glenn will attempt to upgrade on its 6-22 season record. The Pioneers enter the bout with a 10-9 record after their 7-0 league loss to Franklin (Livonia, MI).
The Raiders (12-5) will now prepare for their bout against Inter-City Baptist (Allen Park, MI). The Chargers enter the non-league bout with a 6-5 record. In their last bout, Inter-City Baptist was nudged by Summit Academy (Romulus, MI), 9-0, in a non-league bout.
