The crowd at Saturday's non-league battle between the Fall Creek Crickets (Fall Creek, WI) and the host St. Croix Central Panthers (Hammond, WI), saw Fall Creek's baseball team gain a win over St. Croix Central by a tally of 12-1.
The Crickets (12-5) will now prepare for their battle against Baldwin-Woodville (Baldwin, WI). The Blackhawks enter the non-league battle with a 6-9 record. In their last battle, Baldwin-Woodville was overwhelmed by Osceola (Osceola, WI), 6-1, in a league battle.
Next, the Panthers face the Unity Eagles (Balsam Lake, WI) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, May 10. St. Croix Central will attempt to upgrade on its 8-6 season record. The Eagles enter the battle with a 3-8 record after their 14-4 league loss to Shell Lake (Shell Lake, WI).
