The crowd at Saturday's non-league battle between the Johnsburg Skyhawks (Johnsburg, IL) and the host Grayslake North Knights (Grayslake, IL), saw Johnsburg's baseball team beat Grayslake North by a margin of 13-2.

The Skyhawks (20-7) will now prepare for their battle against Marian Central Catholic (Woodstock, IL). The Hurricanes enter the non-league battle with a 9-21 record. In their last battle, Marian Central Catholic defeated Westmont (Westmont, IL), 14-9, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Knights face the Antioch Sequoits (Antioch, IL) in a Northern Lake County battle, on Monday, May 12. Grayslake North will attempt to improve on its 5-20 season record. The Sequoits enter the battle with a 16-9 record after their 4-3 league win over Lakes (Lake Villa, IL).
