The Mohawk Warriors nipped the host Hopewell-Loudon Chieftains baseball squad by a score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league outing.

Next up, the Warriors encounter the Seneca East Tigers (Attica, OH) in a Northern 10 outing, on Monday, May 12. Mohawk will attempt to advance on its 16-3 season record. The Tigers enter the outing with a 10-11 record after their 6-5 non-league loss to Crestview (Ashland, OH).

The Chieftains (15-5) will now prepare for their outing against Woodmore (Elmore, OH). The Wildcats enter the Sandusky Bay - River outing with a 15-8 record. In their last outing, Woodmore was nudged by Gibsonburg (Gibsonburg, OH), 10-6, in a league outing.
