In Saturday's non-league bout, the Hunterdon Central Red Devils (Flemington, NJ) baseball squad overwhelmed the host Vernon Vikings (Vernon, NJ), by a tally of 10-1.
Next up, the Red Devils encounter the Bayonne Bees (Bayonne, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Monday, May 12. Hunterdon Central will attempt to upgrade on its 15-5 season record. The Bees enter the bout with a 10-8 record after their 8-2 non-league loss to Manalapan (Englishtown, NJ).
The Vikings (10-4) will now prepare for their bout against Hackettstown (Hackettstown, NJ). The Tigers enter the NJAC - Freedom bout with a 11-4 record. In their last bout, Hackettstown achieved victory over Bound Brook (Bound Brook, NJ), 9-2, in a non-league bout.
