The Saratoga Springs Blue Streaks (Saratoga Springs, NY) baseball got by the visiting La Salle Institute Cadets (Troy, NY), 5-4 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
The Blue Streaks now own a 10-6 record. They take the field next when they host Albany Academy for Boys for a non-league challenge on Monday, May 12. Saratoga Springs will clash with a Cadets team coming off a 15-0 non-league win over Schenectady (Schenectady, NY). The Cadets record now stands at 4-5.
With the defeat, La Salle Institute drops to 12-2 on the year. The Cadets travel to Columbia (East Greenbush, NY) to clash with the Blue Devils in a non-league challenge on Monday, May 12. The Blue Devils go into the challenge with a record of 5-8.
