The Lakeshore Lancers (Stevensville, MI) baseball got by the visiting Vicksburg Bulldogs (Vicksburg, MI), 2-1 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
The Lancers now own a 16-4 record. They take the field next when they host St. Joseph for a Southwestern Michigan - West challenge on Tuesday, May 13.
With the defeat, Vicksburg drops to 7-8 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to Plainwell (Plainwell, MI) to clash with the Trojans in a Wolverine B challenge on Tuesday, May 13. The Trojans go into the challenge with a record of 13-13. Plainwell won 8-3 in their recent non-league challenge against Martin (Martin, MI)
