The NV - Old Tappan Golden Knights baseball team scored 9 runs and held the visiting Mahwah Thunderbirds to 4 in the Golden Knights non-league win on Saturday.
The Golden Knights now own a 12-4 record. They take the field next when they host Tenafly for a Big North - National test on Monday, May 12.
With the defeat, Mahwah drops to 11-10 on the year. The Thunderbirds host Ramsey (Ramsey, NJ) to clash with the Rams in a Big North - Patriot test on Monday, May 12. The Rams go into the test with a record of 15-5. Ramsey won 14-0 in their recent non-league test against Union City (Union City, NJ)
