Illinois High School Baseball - Triad edges O'Fallon

In Saturday's non-league game, the visiting Triad Knights baseball team scored a close 5-3 win over the O'Fallon Panthers.

The Knights (22-4) will now prepare for their game against Highland (Highland, IL). The Bulldogs go into the Mississippi Valley game with a 14-11 record. In their last game, Highland by Glenwood (Chatham, IL), 6-5, in a non-league game.

Next, the Panthers play the Sacred Heart-Griffin Cyclones (Springfield, IL) in a non-league game, on Monday, May 12. O'Fallon will attempt to improve on its 18-8 season record. The Cyclones go into the game with a 19-8 record after their 6-5 non-league win over Springfield (Springfield, IL).
