The St. Georges Tech Hawks baseball team scored 14 runs and held the host Smyrna Eagles to 4 in the Hawks non-league win on Saturday.
The Hawks now hold a 8-7 record. They take the field next when they host Delaware Military Academy for a non-league test on Monday, May 12. St. Georges Tech will play a Seahawks team coming off a 9-2 non-league win over Odessa (Townsend, DE). The Seahawks record now stands at 10-4.
With the defeat, Smyrna drops to 3-15 on the year. The Eagles travel to Sussex Academy (Georgetown, DE) to play the Seahawks in a non-league test on Tuesday, May 13. The Seahawks go into the test with a record of 8-10. Sussex Academy won 1-0 in their recent league test against Delmar (Delmar, DE)
