The Washington Township Minutemen baseball team scored 11 runs and held the visiting Woodstown Wolverines to 0 in the Minutemen non-league win on Saturday.

The Minutemen now own a 6-16 record. They take the field next when they travel to Highland Regional for a non-league test on Monday, May 12. Washington Township will play a Tartans team coming off a 8-2 non-league win over Triton (Runnemede, NJ). The Tartans record now stands at 8-6.

With the defeat, Woodstown drops to 13-8 on the year. The Wolverines host Clayton (Clayton, NJ) to play the Clippers in a non-league test on Monday, May 12. The Clippers go into the test with a record of 7-14. Clayton won 14-3 in their recent non-league test against Paulsboro (Paulsboro, NJ)
