The Anderson Raptors lacrosse squad scored 8 points and limited the visiting Archbishop McNicholas Rockets to 7 in the Raptors non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Raptors now own a 5-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to Wyoming for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, May 13. Anderson will clash with a Cowboys squad coming off a 13-11 non-league win over Lakota East (Liberty Township, OH). The Cowboys record now stands at 11-5.
With the loss, Archbishop McNicholas falls to 12-5 on the year. The Rockets host Chaminade Julienne Catholic (Dayton, OH) to confront the Eagles in a non-league match on Monday, May 12. The Eagles enter the match with a record of 10-7. Chaminade Julienne Catholic lost 18-5 in their recent non-league outing against Springboro (Springboro, OH)
