Ohio High School Lacrosse - Avon Lake drops to Magnificat

Magnificat Blue Streaks (Rocky River, OH) backers exited the stadium satisfied Saturday as they saw their lacrosse team achieve victory over the visiting Avon Lake Shoremen (Avon Lake, OH), 17-11 in a non-league game.
With the victory, Magnificat improves its record to 10-8 on the season.
The Shoremen now have a 4-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wooster for a non-league game on Tuesday, May 13. Avon Lake will play a Generals team coming off a 15-4 non-league win over Hawken (Gates Mills, OH). The Generals record now stands at 8-9.
