In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Wyoming Cowboys lacrosse squad scored a tight 13-11 triumph over the Lakota East Thunderhawks.

The Cowboys (11-5) will now prepare for their contest against Anderson (Cincinnati, OH). The Raptors go into the non-league contest with a 5-9 record. In their last contest, Anderson held off Archbishop McNicholas (Cincinnati, OH), 8-7, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Thunderhawks meet the Oak Hills Highlanders (Cincinnati, OH) in a Region 4 contest, on Tuesday, May 13. Lakota East will attempt to better on its 8-8 season record. The Highlanders go into the contest with a 3-13 record after their 12-3 non-league loss to Archbishop McNicholas (Cincinnati, OH).
