The Chippewa Chipps baseball team scored 3 runs and held the visiting Tuslaw Mustangs to 1 in the Chipps non-league win on Saturday.

The Chipps now own a 11-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lake Center Christian for a non-league test on Monday, May 12. Chippewa will play a Tiger team coming off a 12-11 non-league loss to Marlington (Alliance, OH). The Tiger record now stands at 3-3.

With the defeat, Tuslaw drops to 3-1 on the year. The Mustangs travel to Minerva (Minerva, OH) to play the Lions in a non-league test on Tuesday, May 13. The Lions go into the test with a record of 3-6. Minerva lost 16-0 in their recent league test against Carrollton (Carrollton, OH)
