The Loomis Chaffee School Pelicans (Windsor, CT) lacrosse routed the host Taft School Big Red (Watertown, CT), 13-5 in Saturday's league outing.

The Pelicans now own a 13-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Choate Rosemary Hall School for a Western New England Division 1 outing on Wednesday, May 14. Loomis Chaffee School will face a Wild Boars squad coming off a 18-9 league win over Hotchkiss School (Lakeville, CT). The Wild Boars record now stands at 10-2.

With the loss, Taft School falls to 6-5 on the year. The Big red host Avon Old Farms (Avon, CT) to face the Beavers in a Western New England Division 1 outing on Wednesday, May 14. The Beavers go into the outing with a record of 6-6. Avon Old Farms lost 10-7 in their recent league outing against Brunswick School (Greenwich, CT)
