Malvern Prep Friars (Malvern, PA) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Saturday as they saw their lacrosse team achieve victory over the host Salesianum Sallies (Wilmington, DE), 17-11 in a non-league game.

With the victory, Malvern Prep advances its record to 11-6 on the season.

The Sallies now sport a 12-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Tatnall for a non-league game on Tuesday, May 13. Salesianum will play a Hornets team coming off a 10-4 non-league win over Wilmington Christian (Hockessin, DE). The Hornets record now stands at 10-2.
