The Green Bulldogs the visiting Archbishop Hoban Knights softball squad by a count of 5-3 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
Next, the Bulldogs meet the Lake Blue Streaks (Uniontown, OH) in a Federal challenge, on Monday, May 12. Green will attempt to upgrade on its 14-4 season record. The Blue Streaks enter the challenge with a 16-4 record after their 8-0 non-league win over Chardon (Chardon, OH).
The Knights (13-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Champion (Warren, OH). The Golden Flashes enter the non-league challenge with a 18-3 record. In their last challenge, Champion edged Canfield (Canfield, OH), 9-2, in a non-league challenge.
