The Batavia Blue Devils softball team scored 19 runs and held the host Honeoye Bulldogs to 4 in the Blue Devils non-league win on Saturday.

The Blue Devils now sport a 5-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Monroe for a Class A battle on Tuesday, May 13. Batavia will confront a Red Jackets team coming off a 13-8 non-league loss to Early College (Yonkers, NY). The Red Jackets record now stands at 2-4.

With the loss, Honeoye moves to 0-11 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to South Seneca (Ovid, NY) to confront the Falcons in a Finger Lakes West battle on Monday, May 12. The Falcons come into the battle with a record of 5-3. South Seneca won 16-14 in their recent league battle against Naples (Naples, NY)
