Kentucky High School Softball - Pulaski County Caldwell County

The Caldwell County Tigers overwhelmed the host Pulaski County Maroons softball squad by a count of 13-7 in Saturday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Tigers meet the Muhlenberg County Mustangs (Greenville, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, May 12. Caldwell County will attempt to upgrade on its 13-13 season record. The Mustangs go into the challenge with a 10-13 record after their 16-2 non-league win over Butler County (Morgantown, KY).

The Maroons (10-18) will now prepare for their challenge against Madison Southern (Berea, KY). The Eagles go into the non-league challenge with a 12-11 record. In their last challenge, Madison Southern was routed by Franklin County (Frankfort, KY), 14-6, in a non-league challenge.
