In Saturday's non-league test, the Colon Magi (Colon, MI) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting White Pigeon Chiefs (White Pigeon, MI), by a tally of 16-6.
Next, the Magi clash with the Britton Deerfield Patriots (Britton, MI) in a non-league test, on Saturday, May 10. Colon will attempt to advance on its 3-5 season record.
The Chiefs (5-11) will now prepare for their test against Decatur (Decatur, MI). The Raiders go into the Southwest 10 test with a 13-9 record. In their last test, Decatur was routed by Eaton Rapids (Eaton Rapids, MI), 16-4, in a non-league test.
