Connecticut High School Softball - Danbury held off by Norwalk

In Saturday's league test, the Norwalk Bears (Norwalk, CT) softball squad got by the host Danbury Hatters (Danbury, CT), by a tally of 5-4.

Next, the Bears clash with the Notre Dame Prep Lancers (Fairfield, CT) in a non-league test, on Monday, May 12. Norwalk will attempt to advance on its 8-4 season record. The Lancers go into the test with a 6-5 record after their 3-2 non-league win over St. Bernard (Uncasville, CT).

The Hatters (11-3) will now prepare for their test against Darien (Darien, CT). The Blue Wave go into the Fairfield County test with a 12-2 record. In their last test, Darien held off Warde (Fairfield, CT), 1-0, in a league test.
