The Eastern Eagles softball squad (Louisville, KY), was routed 12-0 in Saturday's non-league contest with the host Greenup County Musketeers (Greenup, KY)

With the triumph, Greenup County improves its record to 21-5 on the year. The Musketeers host Rowan County (Morehead, KY) to face the Vikings in a non-league contest on Monday, May 12. The Vikings enter the contest with a record of 20-5.

The Eagles now hold a 16-15 record. They play next when they travel to Meade County for a non-league contest on Monday, May 12. Eastern will face a Green Waves squad coming off a 10-0 non-league loss to South Warren (Bowling Green, KY). The Green Waves record now stands at 17-10.
