The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Eaton Rapids Greyhounds (Eaton Rapids, MI) and the host Homer Trojans (Homer, MI), observed Eaton Rapids's softball team get by Homer by a tally of 2-0.

The Greyhounds (20-5) will now prepare for their bout against Portland (Portland, MI). The Raiders go into the Capital Area - White bout with a 3-3 record. In their last bout, Portland tipped Petoskey (Petoskey, MI), 4-3, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Trojans clash with the Leslie Blackhawks (Leslie, MI) in a non-league bout, on Monday, May 12. Homer will attempt to advance on its 13-4 season record. The Blackhawks go into the bout with a 7-9 record after their 15-2 non-league loss to Napoleon (Napoleon, MI).
