In Saturday's non-league test, the Perry Ramblers (Perry, MI) softball squad overwhelmed the host Fulton Pirates (Middleton, MI), by a tally of 13-3.
Next, the Ramblers clash with the Dansville Aggies (Dansville, MI) in a Central Michigan test, on Monday, May 12. Perry will attempt to upgrade on its 12-2 season record. The Aggies enter the challenge with a 17-5 record after their 7-2 non-league win over New Lothrop (New Lothrop, MI).
The Pirates (2-11) will now prepare for their challenge against Montabella (Blanchard, MI). The Mustangs enter the Mid-State challenge with a 2-13 record. In their last challenge, Montabella was routed by White Cloud (White Cloud, MI), 14-4, in a non-league challenge.
