The Indian Trail Hawks softball team scored 8 runs and held the host Homestead Highlanders to 3 in the Hawks non-league win on Saturday.
The Hawks now sport a 8-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Burlington for a non-league battle on Saturday, May 10. Indian Trail will confront a Demons team coming off a 4-1 league loss to Elkhorn (Elkhorn, WI). The Demons record now stands at 8-6.
