The Prairie Ridge Wolves softball team scored 1 runs and held the visiting Marengo Indians to 0 in the Wolves non-league win on Saturday.

The Wolves now sport a 20-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Central for a Fox Valley battle on Monday, May 12. Prairie Ridge will confront a Rockets team coming off a 6-4 non-league loss to Hononegah (Rockton, IL). The Rockets record now stands at 13-16.

With the loss, Marengo moves to 22-8 on the season. The Indians travel to Richmond-Burton (Richmond, IL) to confront the Rockets in a Kishwaukee River battle on Monday, May 12. The Rockets come into the battle with a record of 19-8. Richmond-Burton lost 2-0 in their recent non-league battle against Kenosha Bradford (Kenosha, WI)
