The Marlboro Mustangs overwhelmed the visiting Raritan Rockets softball squad by a count of 8-0 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
Next, the Mustangs meet the Donovan Catholic Griffins (Toms River, NJ) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, May 12. Marlboro will attempt to upgrade on its 9-9 season record. The Griffins go into the challenge with a 20-0 record after their 8-1 non-league win over Wall Township (Wall, NJ).
The Rockets (19-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Point Pleasant Boro (Point Pleasant, NJ). The Panthers come into the non-league match with a 10-9 record.
