Illinois High School Softball - Robinson bounces North Central

In Saturday's non-league match, the host Robinson Maroons softball team scored a nice 17-0 victory over the North Central Thunderbirds.
The Maroons (13-12) will now prepare for their match against Lawrenceville (Lawrenceville, IL). The Indians go into the Little Illini match with a 7-14 record. In their last match, Lawrenceville gained a win over North Central (Farmersburg, IN), 9-5, in a non-league match.
In their next game, the Thunderbirds battle the Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory Braves (Indianapolis, IN) in a non-league match, on Monday, May 12. North Central will attempt to better on its 0-15 season record. The Braves go into the match with a 7-9 record after their 10-0 non-league loss to Roncalli (Indianapolis, IN).
