The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Two Rivers Purple Raiders (Two Rivers, WI) and the host Orangeville Broncos (Orangeville, IL), observed Two Rivers's softball team get by Orangeville by a tally of 8-2.

The Purple Raiders (13-5) will now prepare for their bout against Brillion (Brillion, WI). The Lions go into the Eastern Wisconsin bout with a 15-2 record. In their last bout, Brillion tipped Manitowoc Lutheran (Manitowoc, WI), 13-0, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Broncos battle the Dakota Indians (Dakota, IL) in a Northwest Upstate Illini - North bout, on Thursday, May 15. Orangeville will attempt to advance on its 21-6 season record. The Indians go into the bout with a 17-5 record after their 6-5 non-league loss to Winnebago (Winnebago, IL).
