The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Wayne Valley Indians (Wayne, NJ) and the visiting Passaic County Tech Bulldogs (Wayne, NJ), observed Wayne Valley's softball team get by Passaic County Tech by a tally of 4-2.

The Indians (10-7) will now prepare for their bout against Lakeland Regional (Wanaque, NJ). The Lancers go into the Big North - Independence bout with a 6-11 record. In their last bout, Lakeland Regional by Weehawken (Weehawken, NJ), 8-2, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Bulldogs clash with the Clifton Mustangs (Clifton, NJ) in a Big North - Liberty bout, on Monday, May 12. Passaic County Tech will attempt to advance on its 10-6 season record. The Mustangs go into the bout with a 8-10 record after their 5-4 non-league win over Kearny (Kearny, NJ).
