The Christopher Cougars softball team scored 8 runs and limited the host Piedmont Hills Pirates to 0 in the Cougars non-league triumph on Tuesday.
With the triumph, Christopher moves its record to 1-4 on the year. The Cougars host San Benito (Hollister, CA) to clash with the Haybalers in a PCAL - Gabilan battle on Thursday, May 13. The Haybalers go into the battle with a record of 7-4. San Benito won 6-3 in their recent non-league battle against Gilroy (Gilroy, CA)
